Oleanna

A Cantonese staging of David Mamet's tense two-character play that explores the volatile relationship between a university professor, John, and his student, Carol. What begins as a meeting about Carol's grades quickly spirals into a power struggle fraught with accusations of sexual harassment and academic misconduct. As their interactions become increasingly hostile, the play delves into controversial issues of gender politics, power dynamics in academia, and the dangers of miscommunication through sharp dialogue and shifting perspectives.
