Play-Reading Marathon 2024: Jeeps

Jeeps is a play written by German playwright Nora Abdel-Maksoud in 2021. She was nominated for the Mülheimer Dramatikpreis award for this play. The play is set against the backdrop of a ludicrous inheritance law reform and follows four characters who engage in a comedic struggle over a Jeep. Through humor and satire, the play reveals current social injustices and class contradictions.
