Returning in 2016 with accolades, Chan Ping-chiu reinvents his theatrical work of 2014, expanding the narrative universe of Yesi'’s fictional characters, intertwining the lives of established and emerging characters amidst the uncertainty of contemporary times. They navigate a web of choices concerning cuisine and life’s direction, revisiting the colonial days surrounding 1997.
