He and She
In a fateful deal between her father and the devil, a daughter loses her hands and thereafter calls herself the Handless Maiden. Escaping her past life, she tirelessly experiments to create a pair of suitable prosthetic hands. Throughout her journey, she encounters many women with similar experiences, absorbing their stories one by one. Eventually, she crafts a pair of bloodless, fleshless prosthetic hands which bring about a new lifestyle and rhythm for her. In this new life, she finds fulfillment.
Under a pear tree, the Handless Maiden stretches her neck to bite into a pear, contemplating how much simpler life could be from now on. Meanwhile, the Fisher King tells the fish, "You have consumed my semen, you are in my dreams, you cannot escape."
